Hyderabad, Feb.11 (NSS): Strongly objecting the proposed PRP’s merger in the Congress party, the Scheduled Kulala Aikya Sangham, Andhra Pradesh (SKASAP) has said that the merger was nothing but dishonoring the ‘Daliths’ and Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar. The SKASAP demanded Mr Chiranjeevi to tender an apology to the Daliths and give an explanation on the merger, to the Daltihs at the Ambedkar Statue at Tank Bund.

In a press note, the SKASAP representatives Mr MS Anil Kumar, Mr A Surya Kumar, Mr A Rajasekhar and Mr M Santosh Kumar on Friday accused the PRP Chief Mr Chiranjeevi for using the Dr Ambedkar, Jyothirao Pule, Mahathma Gandhi and Mother Theresa photos on his banner and floating PRP with a ‘social justice’ slogan.

They said that 40 percent of 70 lakh voters, who cast their votes to PRP, were ‘Daliths’ and added that Mr Chiranjeevi without consulting these voters merged his party in the Congress. Without giving any explanation, Mr Chiranjeevi merged PRP in the Congress, they said that and alleged that Mr Chiranjeevi kept the banner, which has the photos of Dr Ambedkar and others, at the Congress party’s feet.(NSS)
