Hyderabad: The Minister for Infrastructure and Investment, Mr Komatireddy Venkata Reddy, has questioned whether the Congress ministers were obliged to resign if the TRS asked them to do so.
Talking to the media, the minister said that they were not obliged to resign at the behest of the TRS. He said he and other members of his party from Telangana would soon discuss the matter with the party president, Ms Sonia Gandhi, and then decide whether or not to resign. He hoped that there would be clarity in two days.
Stating that all the Congress leaders from Telangana were ready to quit their posts, he made it clear that they were not obliged to obey the TRS. (NSS)
