Hyderabad: The State government has decided to conduct examination for recruiting of police Sub Inspectors as per schedule.
There was confusion in the minds of candidates as reports stated that the Chief Minister, Mr N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, has agreed to postpone the examinations by a month-and-a-half. As the examination was postponed several times in the past, the government has decided not to delay any longer. The AP Police Recruitment Board has decided to hold the examination on August 13 and 14, as scheduled.
Meanwhile, the students of the Osmania University met the Chief Minister on Thursday at his camp office and urged him to postpone the examinations until the 14-F clause of the Presidential Order was scrapped.
