T lawyers demand Telangana bill in parliament

Hyderabad: Telangana Lawyers Forum for Social Justice has demanded the Union Government to give up its delaying tactics in regard to a decision on the separate Telangana issue, and introduce the Bill in the coming session of Parliament.

Speaking to the media here today, Nr Venkat Yadav Chalakani, President and Mr V Srinivas, Secretary, said that those Telangana leaders who have not resigned to their posts so far, should fall in line at least now. Otherwise. the people would teach them a fitting lesson, they added. They appealed to all the Telangana organizations to continue their united fight to achieve separate Statehood for the region. They thanked all sections for making the Bandh a success in the region yesterday and today.
