TDP Chief Makes Light Of Survey Of A Tv Channel

Hyderabad, Feb.20 (NSS): The TDP Chief, Mr Nara Chandrababu Naidu has felt that a media house has conducted survey on the political situation in the state for the benefit of a particular political leader, who is planning to launch a new party.

Speaking to the media persons in NTR Trust Bhavan here, Mr Naidu said that generally the media houses would conduct surveys during the time of elections to know the pulse of the people. Referring to a survey conducted by an electronic media in the recent times, he questioned as to why the media house conducted it when there were no elections. He pointed out that the results of the survey were in favour of a particular leader.

Indirectly targeting the Kadapa former MP, Mr Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, the TDP President said that the politician has launched a Television Channel and daily with the money amassed by misuse of power, and telecasting false news to manipulate the minds of the people of the state. The ruling Congress party was struck in deep neck crisis in the state, he added. (NSS)
