Hyderabad: Making it clear that except formation of separate Telangana state, the alternatives were not acceptable to the Telangana Ministers, the Minister for Major Industries, Dr. J. Geetha Reddy on Tuesday announced that they would announce their future course of action on Telangana statehood on July 1 in the matter of Telangana.
Speaking to the media while coming out from the C-Block which was hosting Chief Minister’s office, Dr J Geetha Reddy said that she was prepared to resign to her post for the cause of Telangana, if her colleagues takes decision in this direction. The process of deletion of clause 14 (f) of Presidential Order was going on, she added.
“We also telling the Home Ministers that no injustice would be done to Telangana candidates, if the SI recruitment test was conducted after deletion of the clause”, she added.
Dr Reddy was also strongly condemned the allegation made by the TRS Chief, Mr K Chandrasekhara Rao that the Chief Minister, Mr N Kiran Kumar Reddy has received hundreds of crore rupees from the contracting company in the matter of Hyderabad Metro rail Project.
She also made it clear that she had no role in the Trust of Sri Satya Sai Baba and never intervened in its affairs. Reminding that the State Government sought the explanation from the trust, she hinted that the state government may not take any action, but centre would react, if any action is needed.
