Hyderabad: The Joint Struggle Committee of the Unions of Telangana Officers, Employees, Teachers and Workers has demanded the Chief Minister and the Chief Secretary to the Government to take immediate action against the Principal Secretary of School Education, who is brazenly violating the G O No.610 and the directions given by the successive chief Ministers Dr YSR, Mr K Rosaiah and the present one Mr N Kiran Kumar Reddy, and doing injustice to Telangana region.
In a statement here on Tuesday, JCC chairman Mr K Gopal Reddy, Secretary General Mr T Prabakar, Co-chairman Mr K Narsimha Reddy and vice-President Mr M Janardhan Reddy, alleged that in spite of several representations and agitations in the past, the School Education Department officials were ignoring the G O No.610 and the orders of the Chief Ministers in the matter of transfers, promotions and regularization of CRTs in Gurukul Education institutions. They alleged the Principal Secretary was taking all anti-Telangana decisions.
They demanded withdrawal of the state-wide seniority list announced by the A P Gurukul Society, announcement of Zonal seniority according to G O No.610 and taking up the process of transfers, promotions and CRTs regularization by May 31. They said that if action was not initiated in this direction by May 14, they would be constrained to organize a demonstration in front of the office of the Principal Secretary, School Education on May 16.
