Hyderabad: Taking serious view of the “filthy language” used by Mr J C Prabhakar Reddy, elder brother of the senior Congress leader, Mr J C Diwakar Reddy, for abusing the Revenue Minister, Mr N. Raghuveera Reddy Yadav, the State unit of All India Yadav Mahasabha has demanded that the former tender an unconditional apology to the minister immediately.

Speaking to the media here on Saturday, the State president of Mahasabha, Mr B Babu Rao Yadav, condemned the abusive language used by Mr J C Prabhakar Reddy and noted that they were not inclined to take it lightly. He claimed that though Mr Raghuveera Reddy was reputed for his good conduct and rapport across all circles, Mr J C Diwakar Reddy was notorious for his factional background, lust for money and foulmouthed outburst. “Earlier too, the JC brothers proved their gutter culture when they showcased highhandedness towards the State Transport Commissioner, Mr Gandhi”, he reminded, adding that they again displayed their ill-temper.

Mr Babu Rao said that while their father had served the country by plunging into freedom struggle, the J C brothers were earning notoriety through their mean conduct. Maintaining that Mr Diwakar Reddy was in no way parallel to Mr Raghuveera Reddy Yadav, he advised Mr JC Prabhakar Reddy to get psychiatric treatment as he did not learn a lesson from his previous blunders.

Sounding a warning that Mr Raghuveera Reddy Yadav has a strong backing of the Yadava community, which accounts for some 1.30-crore population in the State and 22 crores across the country, Mr Babu Rao warned that all the Backward Classes people would collectively launch agitation across the State if Mr J C Prabhakar Reddy did not tender unconditional apology to Mr Raghuveera Yadav.

The other leaders from BC communities, Mr R Laxman Yadav, Mr Y Mallesh, Mr T Rajeshwar, Mr K Jaya Prasad, Mr V Srinivas, Mr Shankar, Mr Rama Rao, Mr R Prakash, Mr Kishore Yadav, Mr Shankar Yadav and Mr Anjaiah, were also present. (NSS)
