Bahrain Government working at ‘full speed’ on reforms

His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa yesterday called for speeding up implementation of National Consensus Dialogue visions to achieve royal aspirations and embody popular will. He emphasised that all government bodies are working ‘at full thrust’.

Economic, social, political and legislative outcomes of the Dialogue will contribute to the kingdom entering a new era of more prosperity and development, HRH the Premier said.

He spoke as he chaired a work meeting yesterday.

Deputy Premier and ministerial committee chairman Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa briefed the Premier on the committee’s systematic work and methods adopted to activate Dialogue suggestions.

The Prime Minister urged that priority be given to work groups, formed by a Cabinet decision at ministries and government bodies, to assume their tasks within their responsibilities.

The ministerial committee is to follow up with ministries and government agencies on the proceedings taken in this respect.
