BAHRAIN – Pearl Field bloody end

Clashes between protesters and security forces finally broke in Bahrain. Media ABC on Wednesday ( 3/16/2011 ) noted , at least five people were killed in rioting at Pearl Field , Manama . Finally , the field that became a symbol of the reform movement in Bahrain was covered in blood .

According to Deputy Chief of Movement Changes Khalil Marzouk Al – Wefaq, condition when the incident took place is very chaotic . ” a dozen protesters were injured , ” he said .

In some areas of the city of Manama , security forces fired tear gas and gunfire heard in some areas . Currently , anti-riot troops had fully mastered the main road that connects the Pearl Field with other areas in Manama .

Pearl Field since February 17 and then became the center of the change movement in Bahrain . Hundreds of protesters set up tents while staying there . Protesters demand change for freedom for the majority Shiite is currently ruled by the Sunni minority in the land of the petrodollar . Agencies
