EU decides on military operation Libya

The countries of the European Union decided Friday to a military operation in Libya. The mission is intended to support humanitarian relief.

This made the European Union said Friday. Member States are currently awaiting a request from the UN OCHA before they act.

Libya called EUFOR operation will contribute to the security of displaced and who move or be evacuated. EUFOR will also assist humanitarian agencies in their activities.
