Sana’a, Feb 18 (DPA) Four people were killed and dozens injured Friday in two separate attacks on protesters in Yemen, the website Yemenpost.net reported.
Two people were killed and an unknown number of people wounded in the southern port city of Aden when security forces used tear gas, batons and stun guns to try to disperse protesters.
It was the eighth day in a row that demonstrators demanded the ouster of President Ali Abdullah Saleh, who has been in power for 32 years.
Two people were also killed in the southern city of Taiz, when a man threw a hand grenade from his car at a group of anti-government protesters. Forty one people were injured.
The man was later arrested, the website reported.
