Libyan War: Coalition killed 40 people in Civil

The Vatican’s Ambassador to Libya, Monsignor Giovanni Innocenzo Martinelli said the attack coalition forces killed at least 40 civilians. As the Catholic News Agency reporter on Thursday (03/31/2011), witnesses said the incident occurred in several areas around the capital city of Libya, Tripoli.

“The attack was contrary to the purpose of protecting civilians,” said Martinelli.

Martinelli said he was now collecting eyewitness. In Buslim region, for example, light Martinelli, attack coalition forces hit and knock down buildings. “Many of the victims died because of the attack,” said Martinelli.
