Mexico City, Feb 14 (IANS/EFE) A video has been posted on YouTube that shows a Mexican attorney being tortured with electric jolts. It was described as a Valentine’s Day gift for his sister, a former attorney general.

Mario Gonzalez – brother of Patricia Gonzalez, former attorney general of Chihuahua state – is seen being tortured by two masked men. They tortured the official with jolts of electricity and hit him with a baseball bat.

Gonzalez was abducted Oct 21, 2010, in Chihuahua city, the state capital. His body was found Nov 4 buried in a vacant lot in Granjas del Valle town, 16 km north of Chihuahua city.

His body bore signs of torture, police said.

This is the third video about Gonzalez that his killers have posted on YouTube.

One of the videos showed Gonzalez admitting that both he and Patricia worked with drug traffickers during her tenure as state attorney general. He said state officials received amounts ranging from $50,000 to $200,000 a month from drug cartels.

Five men, including four police officers, were arrested last year for their alleged involvement in Gonzalez’s kidnapping and murder.
